Evan Barrett: One of the Top 40 under 40

Evan Barrett

I never get tired of telling anyone and everyone how great it is to work with talented and innovative aviation professionals at Mead & Hunt. And it’s always nice to see that talent recognized by the industry as well. Today, I’m happy to congratulate Evan Barrett for being named one of the Top 40 Under 40 of 2017 by Airport Business.

Evan has been with Mead & Hunt for 10 years, and in that time, he has demonstrated enthusiasm and brought a fresh approach to each of the 150+ projects he has worked on. Those projects range from airport master plans, environmental assessments and sustainability plans to zoning plans, and airfield safety and compliance evaluations at general aviation to medium-hub commercial service airports. He is skilled in research and documentation, providing a solid foundation for planning and environmental processes for our clients.

Evan is a passionate guy who brings dedication to every aspect of his life. He loves biking. He bikes to work almost every day, which in January in Minneapolis takes a lot of commitment. He’s also a real history buff… I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw him on Jeopardy someday! But the reason Evan is so deserving of this honor is his passion for aviation planning and providing his clients with top-notch service. Join me in celebrating Evan’s recognition, and don’t hesitate to reach out to him if you have some planning to do at your airport.
