Know the way to San Jose? Airport Council International–North America annual conference
I’m on my way to San Jose, California, for the Airport Council International–North America annual conference. I’ll meet up with my Mead & Hunt colleagues Dean Mericas, Brad Rolf and Mark Breukink for the preconference Environmental Affairs Committee and Operations and Technical Affairs Committee meetings this weekend. Dean will also be moderating a session on TRB-ACRP.
I’m particularly looking forward to Sunday when there are two joint sessions with the Environmental Affairs and Operations and Technical Affairs committees on deicing and sustainable planning and development. There should be some great discussions on where sustainability is headed in the world of airports.
It’s always great to connect with new folks in the industry and reconnect with colleagues and old friends. Next week, David Mason and Dennis Wiehl from Mead & Hunt’s Building Group will join us at the conference. We hope to see you there.
Whether you can make it to San Jose or not, ACI-NA’s conference is very connected. You can check out the conference newsletter site, Centerlines on the Scene, follow ACI-NA on Twitter or use the hashtag #ACINA13 to keep up with the event.
