Please join me in welcoming two new key hires to Mead & Hunt’s expanding Architecture team in Dallas, Texas: Josh Rayles and Dane Ridenour. I look forward to the value they will bring to the team.
Dane Ridenour is a licensed architect with over 40 years of architecture and structures experience on a diverse range of government, military, private, and local projects. He has provided program management, project management, architectural design, construction document coordination, and quality control/quality assurance reviews on a variety of project types and sizes. Dane has significant experience in all building construction types, from new structures to renovations. He is detail-oriented and analytical, able to manage the details while seeing the whole picture. Dane previously worked at Parkway, URS and Jacobs, and enjoys mentoring, training, and developing skills of other team members.
Josh Rayles is a licensed architect with over 15 years of architecture experience across a wide range of project types that include aviation, commercial, and healthcare. He has directed and managed project teams in varying project phases from design to construction administration. His experience ranges from corporate mixed-use campus projects, aviation terminals, major building renovations, and specialty industrial projects, with emphasis on high performance buildings and facilitating strong client relationships. Josh previously ran Corgan’s Commercial Market Group. In his seller-doer role, Josh will be a key addition to Mead & Hunt’s Dallas Business Development team, expanding our aviation market in Texas and the surrounding states.
Both Dane and Josh’s proven leadership skills will serve to develop our architecture practice further in Texas, our Southern region, and beyond. The experience they bring will help us progress as a team and serve our current and future clients. I am eager to see what we can accomplish together in the future.
